Look, we get it — nobody wakes up excited to read a price list. (Except maybe accountants. Weirdos.)
But hey, good work ain’t cheap and cheap work ain’t good.
At Morton’s Music Service, we treat your guitar like the precious rock ‘n’ roll unicorn it is.
These prices are fair, honest, and packed with so much love and freakin' awesomeness that your instrument might actually write you a thank-you note.

All services include fretboard oiling and a standard cleaning — because your guitar deserves a little spa day too.
If it shows up looking like it survived a bar fight (or three), heavy cleaning will be extra. Price depends on how much emotional damage your guitar inflicts on me

Basic
 

  • Restring – $40
    I change your strings and stretch them properly so you don’t sound like a dying walrus mid-set. Includes fretboard oil and a little pep talk for your sad frets.

  • Deep Clean Upgrade –

  • Add $40+
    Your guitar smells like shame and spilled beer. I can fix that. Sort of.



Setup
 

•    Stoptail & Strat Setup – $85

I adjust the truss rod, bridge, nut slots, and pickup height until your guitar feels like butter. Good butter. Not Kroger brand.

    •    Acoustic Setup – $115

The neck, saddle, nut, and everything in between gets dialed in so you don’t have to press down like you’re trying to kill a spider.

​

    •    Floyd Rose / Kahler Setup – $135

You chose chaos. I tame it. Balanced, intonated, and as rage-free as a Floyd can possibly be.



Electronic 
 

  • Pot or Switch Replacement – $60

  • Pickup Install:

    • 1 Pickup – $60

    • 2 Pickups – $100

    • 3 Pickups – $130

  • Strat / Tele Full Rewire – $110

​

  • SG / Les Paul Full Rewire – $165

​

  • Hollowbody Rewire – $200
    If you’ve never fished pots out of an f-hole using a string and curse words, congrats. I’ve done it so you don’t have to.

  • Acoustic Pickup Install – $130
    Includes drilling, fear, and precision.



Saddle And Nut
 

  • Fit Pre-Slotted Nut – $60

Fret Work

    Smooth. Level. Gorgeous. Your frets will feel like ice skates. The good kind.

  • Add Full Setup – $50
    You’ve come this far, might as well go all the way.

​

  • Sharp Fret Ends / Fret End Dressing – from $40
    So your frets stop trying to cut your hand open.
